Habitat: On damp margin of a reclining, weathered, decorticated log top; central, quiet zone of extensive impoundment, much strewn with stumps and logs of Nyssa biflora and Chamaecyparis thyoides, these forming complicated and perplexing channels for this kayaker, in drainage of Black Creek, 0.54 mi downstream from US 178, W of Pelion.
