Habitat: Occasional on sandy slope with Prunus umbellata, Galium obtusum, Crataegus uniflora, Scleria triglomerata; old house side (?) just north of Gibbons cabin on east side of Goodland Creek heading north from Firetower Road, 1.3 miles west of SC 3 and 2.67 air miles SE of Salley. [The "house site" suggestion comes from a very "open" look here, with the plum and the hawthorn, but there is no hard evidence for a former building here.]
