Habitat: Patchy and dark green on relatively high ground, not swampy, but shady and damp, just south of Abercorn Creek with Carex crus-corvi, C. intumescens, C. tribuloides, C. flaccosperma, C. albolutescens, Rhynchospora miliacea, Eleocharis obtusa, Dichanthelium clandestinum, D. longiluulatum, Ruellia caroliniensis, Galium tinctorium, Sanicula canadensis, Juncus dichotomus, Hydrocotyle verticillata; northwest side of Abercorn island and just east of old jeep trail, just S of Abercorn Creek, about 2 air miles WSW of downtown Purrysburg.
